I’m a combat veteran who is 100% disabled. I purchased 2 snakes for my son. One snake arrived dead. I told the seller and asked twice what I need to feed the surviving snake. Seller ignored my question about feeding and has left me on read. - Jan. 16, 2025

Got a great snake at a great price. They were great at communicating prior to shipping, however, when the snake was late, they would not respond to my attempts to contact them. I tried contacting them 3 different times, but never got a reply. - Feb. 28, 2020
wilbanks replied: Chris, I am sorry Fedex was 45 minutes late delivering your snake to you. We have 1 text (not 3) from you the morning telling us your delivery was late. When we went to answer we tracked it & saw it had been delivered and assumed all was well. - Feb. 28, 2020
