To put anything on hold you have to put 20% down payment and that 20% is not refundable, and ill keep it on hold for 30 days and if you don't purchase within the 30 days it will go back up to being available. If you purchase a boa from me I need to be notified about any issues within 1 hour of animal arrival. If I am not notified within the hour the buyer is responsible for what happens. For further questions feel free to ask and if anything happens within the 30 days we might be able to work something out.
