Store Policy
25% deposit or £50 depending is required to hold any animal. Animals will be held for up to 2 months unless we have alternative agreement in writing. If a buyer fails to contact seller about collection or to collect within this time the animal will go back up for sale and the deposit will not be refunded.
Animal Health
We guarantee that all animals sold are healthy and feeding before they leave us. We would never sell an animal in ill health. If collecting in person you are expected to check the animal over before leaving. We can take photos of the animal before leaving with the courier on request.
If the animal is damaged during transit, then this is the responsibility of the courier or person delivering your animal to compensate you. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
All snakes have been sexed at least twice before listing however sex cannot be 100% guaranteed. It is the buyers responsibility to check the sex of the snake again after arrival and contact us within 48 hours to notify us of any concerns. If the sex turns out to be wrong (evidenced by buyer), we will arrange compensation. This compensation will be the difference in price paid and of the snake received, at the time the snake was purchased from us. We are unfortunately unable to take back snakes once sold, this is to protect our collection from infectious diseases.
Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, even with our experience we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes in our animals. Recessive / Heterozygous Genes are always FULLY guaranteed.
Reptile Courier
If you require an animal to be couriered to you this must be at a cost to your-self and for you to arrange.
Our Guarantee:
Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo or arrange through other photo media sent to you.
Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight as the weight is advertised. This can be due to defecation and or timing of add placed.
Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all the couriers’ rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup at delivery. It is buyers responsibility to be available for delivery.
