Store Policy

All animals are considered still for sale until deposit is made. I cannot hold an animal without a deposit.

Payment options
Paypal, cashapp, zelle, and several cryptocurrencies(please inquire) are accepted. Can also accept checks and money orders but must clear before animal is shipped.

Payment plans
30-90 day payment plans are available with a 20% non refundable deposit. Length of plan,, and payments must be agreed upon before payment plans are started.. Extended payment plans(over 90 days) are available depending on circumstances, and may require additional fee.

Shipping
Shipping is done FedEx priority overnight. Shipping prices normally range from 40-75 depending on location, and any animal over $1000 ships for free. Shipping is done once a week(Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) and the first package i have going out that week will determine which day. Temperatures at orgin and destination must have daytime highs between 40° and 90° if shipped to residence, or up to 95° if shipped to hub.

Live arrival guarentee
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive if picked up from hub or someone is home to receive package. If DOA does happen you must contact us within 1 hour of receiving the animal with photo proof. Live arrival guarentee is void if no one is home to accept package and animal is left outside.

Health and sex guarentee
All animals are guaranteed healthy, and properly sexed. If any health problems do arise please contact us within 7 days. After 7 days all sales are final.

Genetics
Genetics are guaranteed unless stated to possibly carry a gene. With all the new genes and combos mistakes can occasionally happen with identifying. If this does happen I will refund the difference in value if any.

All animal are feeding well on live mice, or rats
