We strive to breed happy healthy well rounded geckos.
We breed for quality over quantity; here we believe well bred geckos will always exceed the expectations of mass bred geckos. There is little room for error in a breeding program and because of that you will only receive the best animal from us!
Store Policy
HeckinGeck policies:
Payment- The full amount of the animal you are purchasing must be paid before you will receive said animal. We do accept payments and holds. In order to hold an animal you must place an immediate 20% deposit of the animals original purchase price. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE, please be aware of this before placing a deposit (this is ensures the buyer is serious about purchasing an animal form us). Animals will not be held without this deposit. The animal will then be held for up to 2 weeks (14 days) and you must have the animal paid in full by the end of that time. Hold extensions may be granted on a case to case basis. If you have not paid for the animal(s) in full by the end of the 14 day period without proper communication you agree to forfeit the animal(s) and your non refundable deposit. Prices will never change on a single animal after an agreement or deposit is made.
Shipping: We charge a $60 flat rate for shipping. We only ship to the lower 48 states. Shipping will always be overnight. We will not ship animals in extreme temperatures for their own well being. You must also have someone available to receive the animal at the drop off location.
DOA- Dead on arrival animals will be refunded (this is the full purchase price, not shipping) You MUST send a picture of your animal within 1 hour of arrival time to be eligible. If you animal is DOA you are responsible for making a claim with us immediately. If the claim is not sent within 1hour of arrival your refund becomes void. We may also ask for the animal to be sent back. This is to avoid being taken advantage of. We will not cover animals that have been left on location for more than 30 minutes as this can cause death due to negligence. Once the animal has reached its destination and is found to be alive and healthy the new owner is responsible for its well being.
Gender- Gender is guaranteed UNLESS the animal is labeled with a “temperature sexed” This means the animal was incubated to be a certain gender however mother nature doesn’t guarantee these things. When you purchase a temperature sexed animal you understand that the gender is not guaranteed and no refund will be given to these animals.
Refunds- Refunds are given to buyers are special circumstances. For example DOA and wrongly sexed adult animals may be refunded. Animals that you simply changed your mind about or no longer want are not eligible for a refund, However animals bought from us may be surrendered back to us.
Surrender- If you find you can no longer afford payment on an animal being held, or you can no longer care for animal you once purchased from us, you can surrender the animal in question back. No refund will be given and who will cover shipping costs can be discussed at the time of surrender.
Our #1 goal at HeckinGeck is to breed quality animals that will live a long healthy life. Due to these goals we do not breed geckos of unknown genetics. However you may find we rehome geckos with unknown genetics, these tend to be rescues and we do not condone breeding them because of their unknown background.
