Shipping your new acquisition is done via FedEx overnight through several of the current providers (e.g. Ship Your Reptiles) and most packages arrive before 11 AM next day. We offer ship to your residence or business or Hold for Pickup at your closest FedEx center. Someone must be present to receive a delivery to your home or business. We ship Monday through Wednesday to mitigate risk of a delay on Friday which could result in an over the weekend delay and a Monday delivery. If someone is not present Babcock & Weidner Enterprises Inc will not be held responsible for live arrival guarantee. We package our live shipments to meet current industry standards, your satisfaction and the wellbeing of your new acquisition is our number one priority. If weather conditions exist which could risk the safety of the shipment you will be notified and a joint decision between you and the company will be implemented to unsure safe delivery.
