Store Policy
WE ARE ONLY SHIPPING TO FEDEX HUB FOR PICK UP.
Must be 18 years of age to purchase animals. all purchase of $1000 will require photo id. We are not responsible for knowing your state or city laws, you must know them before purchasing any animal. You are responsbile for doing your due diligence and making sure you have done all the proper research and providing a PROPER enclosure for the animal you purchase.
If Payment Plan is needed we offer FOR ANIMALS $500 AND OVER:
20% NON REFUNDABLE deposit required
30 ($500-800), 60 ($801- and over)* days
Any Refunds given due to customer backing out will be MINUS the Paypal fees. Discounts will not be given with payments plan unless you are purchasing over 10 animals.
We do our best with identifying genetics in multi gene animals, even with years of experience at times it is just an educated guess based on previous hatching experience. Unfortunately at times mistakes can happen and we always try to only sell an animal as what we are pretty postivite is in the animal based on the genetics of the pairing. All hets are guaranteed to be het.
Live arrival guarantee: Package must be received on first delivery attempt and notification of any problems within the first hour of delivery. Any changes to the delivery address will void guarantee unless we are notified of change before hand. We are not responsible for late shipments, we must be notified of any issues upon arrival of animal. Packages must be picked up within 4 hrs of arrival to fedex, unless you as the buyer make me aware of a later pick up time. Failure to pick up animal will result in the animal returned to me and forefit of shipping and fees plus a 15% restocking fee aslong as the animal is returned alive.
We do not ship outside of the United States. We also do not ship to the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island due to New Yorks exotic laws.

ALL ANIMALS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO FEDEX HUB FOR PICK UP ONLY
All animals are shipped to local hub via FedEx priority overnight Tuesday and Wednesday weather permitting, taking in consideration the temperatures at origin, the main hub, as well as destination. (subject to change)

Between 41 ̊and 95 ̊: FedEx staffed facility
Over 95 ̊: No Shipping
