About
Our passion for this magnificent species is our main drive in managing one of the most varied ball python collections in Europe. Our facility is based in Heidelberg, Germany and customers are always welcomed to our facility to collect their snakes should you like to do so!
Establishing hatchlings: We endeavour to start all of our hatchlings on frozen thawed rats. Hatchlings which refuse frozen thawed will be offered live prey items and switched back to frozen thawed once consistently feeding.

RESERVATION
Snakes could be reserved by a non refundable deposit, which is minimum 100€ for snakes cheaper than 500€ and 20% of the asking price total for snakes 500€ and more. Reservations are possible up to 3 months. For long term reservations we need to clear conditions before the purchase. Contact us for reservations and we will work it out with you.

Shipping within Germany 30€ (Free shipping for orders above 270€)
Shipping to Austria 50€ (Free shipping for orders above 1490€)

BELGIUM
Overnight shipping to Brucargo( Ilonexs station) for 50€.
FRANCE
Overnight shipping via France Express for 50€ to most regions(départements). The following regions are not available 19, 23, 24, 87.
POLEN
Overnight shipping via GO! Express for 150€, but not all regions are available. We also have the possibility to get your snake transported by a courier to 56-400 Olesnica for 50€. With this option, you have to pick the snake up in Olesnica.
CZECH
We also have the possibility to get your snake transported by a courier to 33561 Czech for 50€. With this option, you have to pick the snake up in in 33561.
ANY OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
Not all European countries apply for overnight animal shipping. Some EU countries like Czech, Italy or Poland could be delivered to by an animal courier, who visits the Hamm or Houten show and fairs. Please ask for more details.
U.S.A. / CANADA EXPORT
We export to U.S.A. and Canada several times a year. Free export from Germany to our shipper in Miami and Toronto for hatchling and yearling orders above 1500€. *Domestic shipping not included. Handover at the Toronto show is for free, as well as the pick up at our shipping partner in Miami(US) and Ontario(CAN). Live arrival from Germany to our shipper is guaranteed.
*Domestic shipping (nationwide shipping) via Fed Ex Priority overnight or Delta has to be paid individually to our shipping partners. You will get a quote for that, as soon as the animals landed and the shipping partner gets in touch with you.
UK EXPORT
We are now accepting UK orders again! No export date has been planned yet while we fulfil the minimum order numbers. We estimate the next shipment to UK will be in August or September. Please contact our UK importer Gareth at CBUK for more information regarding imports to UK - [email protected]
HOUTEN
Handover at the Terraria and Snakeday shows in Houten. Please ask for details.
HAMM
We offer free handover at the Terraristika show in Hamm. Please ask for details.
