I am just a small breeder who enjoys the hobby and all the lovely animals! Currently working with Leopard Geckos, African Fat Tail Geckos, Tokay Geckos, Ball Pythons, Western Hognose and False Water Cobras!
Store Policy
Live arrival guarantee as long as the package is signed for on first delivery attempt. I ship through Shipyoureptiles.com And reptiles2you. Claims for late with dead on arrival or doa without being late MUST be made within 30 min of the recorded delivery time. You will need to send over a video clip And/or pictures so that I can see the animal is no longer alive. If this is not done the guarantee is voided and you will not be refunded or credited. We guarantee that all animals are healthy when we send them out and we will take pictures and documentation before they are sent to ensure this is true. We do not guarantee temperament. If a problem does arise regarding health you must contact us within 48 hours and provide a picture of their setup and temps to ensure these are correct if you have had them over 24 hours. After this time, the purchaser is responsible for any and all further required care.
On the very rare occasion something would be wrong like a genetic defect that was undetected, we would work that out on a case by case basis depending on the issue and circumstance and the animal. I have never had any issues with any of my animals or the babies kept/sold but I understand that it is still a possibility.

I will only Ship Monday - Wednesday to ensure no animals get delayed over the weekend. Buyer must be home to sign for the package on first attempt delivery. You will be given a tracking number the evening of the shipping day. I won't drop them off until last pickup time to ensure the least amount of time in the shipping box.
Delays are rare but do happen. All animals are packed in order to account for a 24 hour delay. We do not refund for delays unless insurance is purchased in addition to the shipping label. Shipping is non-refundable in any other case.
Please also keep in mind I will only ship when the temperatures are safe. You will not be refunded because I cannot ship quickly enough in the event shipping is unsafe. You must understand that the animal's safety comes first before impatience.
I do not sell or ship Western hognose to CO due to state laws, and proof of permit is required for sales to IL, OK, and MO
I do not sell California Red Sided Garter snakes to the state of California due to state laws.
I do payment plans on a case by case basis. Due to PayPal’s changes recently Zelle is preferred but can do PayPal via invoice. With Zelle I can send a request for the amount to buyers email or phone number. All payments are non-refundable if the buyer changes their mind. If after that time the animal is not paid the animal goes back up for sale and the amount paid minus the deposit will be converted to store credit. It will not expire but it is your responsibility to maintain proof of the credit when inquiring about another animal in our shop. This means payment receipts easily located on Paypal. The ONLY time deposits would be credited back to the buyer is if something happens to the animal on hold.
A 25% Deposit is required for all payment plans and holds.
Please review each animals page as to their specific guarantee in regards to the genetics and sex of the animal. If purchasing a snake the sex is only guaranteed for 72 hours unless that particular animal states otherwise on their page. While I do my very best to sex them mistakes can happen. It is your responsibility to check your animals within this time period. If the animal was mis-sexed please contact to get the issue resolved. Temp sexed animals are not guaranteed at all. I can send pictures upon request before you purchase the animal.
It is your responsibility to know your local, state and/or federal laws. No Hognose snakes will be sold or shipped to the state of Colorado. Illinois customers must have a state permit.
All sales are final. We do not refund or accept returns for temperament. If you have problems aside from this feel free to message us. I guarantee that all animals are eating and healthy when they leave us.
