POLICY
*Please read all notes below. *Note that your failure to read our terms and conditions, whether intentional or accidental will under no circumstances be a reason to consider them altered or void.
NOTES
- All prices are non negotiable and no trades.
- Only customers 18 YEARS OR OLDER could put in a order.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whom we feel is not prepared to properly care for the animals/ items we offer. Please be responsible and make sure you have the correct supplies. It is encouraged to do prior research before ordering.
- We may ask you screening questions for certain items to verify if you’re actually prepared.
- Isopods and all other non reptile live items come with 10% overcount.

SHIPPING
- Shipping cost/quote is non-refundable. Live arrival guarantee orders will receive a refund for item cost in case of DOA, if DOA report is eligible in accordance of our policy.
- We are not responsible for delays by carrier. No shipping during federal holidays. We ship from Virginia, packages are shipped out on Monday thru Wednesday only.
- For home delivery orders, buyer has one hour from delivery time to report any issues. After 1 hour, live arrival guarantee is voided and replacements/refund will not be issued.
- For hold for pickup orders, you will have till closing time of shipping location to pickup your order and 1 hour from the time you pickup your package to report any issues. After 1 hour, live arrival guarantee is voided and replacements/refund will not be issued. If package is not picked up before the preferred pickup location closing time then live arrival guarantee is voided.
- Dropped tails are not covered by guarantee. We guarantee our reptiles to be sexed properly, unless sold as unsexed or temperature-sexed (TS). We can not guarantee temperament or personality, as this can change with development and during the breeding season. We can project, but not guarantee adult coloration or pattern of reptiles as this also varies with development.
- Reptiles and all other items do not come with an warranty.
-To report issues with your package, A clear photo of deceased items in original packaging is required as the ONLY proof of death on arrival (DOA). This is the only evidence we will accept to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds/replacements will not be issued for isopods/non- reptile live items that have been put in desired living space (cage, bin, enclosure, bioactive setup, etc.). Once isopods or non reptile live items are inserted in desired living space then LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE and time to report is voided, even if the time window of 1 hour has not been met yet. Please make sure to check status before applying isopods or non reptile live items to living space.
-Temperature guidelines: In order for us to safely ship out your order, temperatures (daytime and nighttime) shall be 40-90 degrees Fahrenheit for live arrival guarantee. Orders placed outside the safe range will automatically be “No live arrival guarantee”. Please make sure to check the weather report in your area before putting in an order.

PAYMENT
- Transactions are done through PayPal. Invoices will also have processing fee and taxes (for VA only) added.
- Please verify invoice sent to you before sending payment, invoice will serve as a final draft of our agreement. We will be using the address, name, and requested shipping option shown on invoice for shipping label. If you provide wrong information and not notify us before package is shipped, then you will not receive a refund or not have another package sent to you.
- Payment of invoice will also serve as acknowledgment and acceptance of our policy and terms. Please read our policy before sending payment. We will attach the tracking number to invoice transaction details (after invoice is paid) for your convenience.
