I asked for the animal to be shipped to a FedEx hub, and she was shipped to my home. While she had insulation and a heat pack , the pack was cooling off. She had no paper towels in her delicup either. Luckily she seems healthy. - Mar. 18, 2022
xotikz replied: I shipped to the address you gave me. I use cryopaks not a heat pack, ambient temp of 70s. A wet paper towel during the winter get too cold for a little gecko. Sorry for your experience, I take great care of my reptiles and have no problems shipping. - Mar. 18, 2022
