Live arrival guarantee, our animals are guaranteed to be feeding on F/T and Unscented meals UNLESS Stated otherwise, animals listed for sale have had a minimum of five (5) consecutive meals UNLESS Stated otherwise
WE STRONGLY RECOMMAND WHEN OPENING UP YOUR NEW REPTILE TO PLEASE RECORD FOR PROOF ON HOW THE ANIMAL MAKES IT THERE.
Payment Types

Payment Plans
We Accept Zelle (Preferred Payments), Paypal, and cash-in-hand only, we do accept payment plans. We offer 2 different types of payment plans, our payment plans are 14 days, purchase $400.00 and under requires a Non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price that is listed without the price of shipping cost, for the animal to be consider "On Hold", and 30 days Payment plans are available for purchases over $400.00 requires a Non-refundable deposit of 25% of the price that is listed without the price of shipping cost, if purchaser opts out or decides they do not want to finish the payment plan, they will be refunded any payment after their deposit. If we do not hear from/ no payments had been made in our payment plan agreement, any payment made after one of the two payment option and will NOT be refunded on all previous payments that has been made, and the animal will go back up for resale, if an unlikely purchase has been made and buyer decided to back out after making payment, we will discuss the case at hand and may only offer back 50% back of the full payment of the animal including shipping.
Shipping/ Local Pick-up
Minimum shipping cost will be $50.00 (Not Guarantee), shipping price will vary from state to state so it all depends on your location (Zipcode).
You will be responsible for providing a place to ship your new animal to whether to your home or to your nearby FedEx Hub (*THEY MUST ACCPET LIVE ANIMALS IF YOU ARE UNSURE PLEASE SEND US YOUR ADDRESS SO WE CAN FIND ONE FOR YOU THAT DOES*) !!IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WHEN YOU WANT A HOME DELIVERY SOMEONE IS HOME TO RECEIVE YOUR NEW ANIMAL!! It is very important to know once we deliver your new animal to FedEx it is out of our hands, if no one is home when the delivery is made to your home it is your hands, we will not be responsible for any unfortunate mishap for your Negligence and when shipping to home please, please make sure someone will be there to accept the package. IF you want a home delivery and you know you will not be home then we will strongly recommend a FedEx Hub Delivery and they will hold your animal for you until you are ready for pickup.
--- We do allow local Pick-up!! We can set a time and place base on ours and your availability we do work full time jobs so time will vary, if we are running late, we will let you know right away and if you are running late please let us know right away too we want this transaction to be a smoothly as possible---
Please contact us within the hour when you have received him/her with a Video/photo for proof that they made it safely.
When shipping to a FedEx Hub, it is strongly recommended that you contact the hub prior to shipping to ensure the location will accept packages containing live animals. Once you have picked up from the FedEx Hub please contact us within the hour when you have received him/her with a photo for proof that they made it safely.
We ship with Reptiles2you, shipping is Monday – Wednesday. If shipping needs to be postponed for any reason please let us know ASAP minimum of (24 hours before shipping) and other arrangements can be made, if not contacted prior to the 24-hour mark shipping will be canceled and you will have to pay another shipping fee. We can and will refuse shipping if the weather is below 40°F or Over 90°F for safety reasons, NO refund or exchange will be issued for an animal that was neglected and left to the elements because these terms were not met.
(DOA- Dead on arrival) unlikely to happen but in a case if it does, buyer must notify us within 1 hour of receiving the animal we need video of you opening their box as proof of a DOA for us to take further measures.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are NOT guaranteed.
Upon inquiring an animal, the animal will still be up for sale until payment is received. Under any circumstances any animal will not be "on hold" without any payment. If under any circumstances you cancel or back out of purchasing the animal, once payment is made there will be no guaranteed refunds.
