:TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All sales are subject to the following:
No reptiles shall be sold to anyone under the age of 18 years old without parental consent.
No reptiles will be shipped to any locales where it is prohibited by state and/or federal laws.
Animal Guarantee:
We guarantee that any and all animals arrive alive, in good health, eating well, properly sexed and of the correct genetics as advertised.
Payments:
Payment must be received in full before shipment or delivery of any animals.
We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, CashApp, CRYPTO, ZELLE, Credit/Debit Card, Coinbase, bank/wire transfer or any other forms of payments.
If you wish to setup a payment plan, please contact us for details.
All deposits made are non-refundable.
Failure to fulfill the predetermined payment schedule decided when the payment plan is started will result in a loss of the deposit and any money applied on the balance after.
No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Any variation of the set payment plan schedule is on a case by case situation so don't hesitate to Contact Us if you have any questions or concerns about your payment plan options.
Shipping:
We ship overnight express with FedEx and ShipYourReptiles.com. Shipments will preferably go out on a Tuesday or Wednesday weather permitting. I PREFER SHIPPING TO YOUR LOCAL FED-EX HUB FOR THE EARLIEST PICKUP TIME AND SHORTEST TRANSPORT TIME FOR THE ANIMAL. If animals are delivered to your door, YOU MUST BE THERE to accept the packages or guarantees are VOID. If required to pick them up from a facility, you must do so WITHIN 2 HOURS or guarantees are VOID. If incorrect shipping information is given, guarantees are VOID.
If you are unsatisfied in any way, we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns:
We do not accept returns on live animal purchases unless animal was DOA.
Arrival of your Animal:
When your animal arrives, open the containers immediately and inspect it. If everything is okay, place the animal in its cage with fresh water. Shipping is a stressful time for animals. Try not to handle or feed your animal for several days, allowing it acclimate to its new environment. After a few days you can attempt to feed your snake. However, if it doesn’t eat, don’t be alarmed as it sometimes takes a few weeks for snakes to fully acclimate. During the first few feedings offer the same meal type as it was fed at our facility. If anything is suspicious, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
