Store Policy
We will guarantee live arrival if we are notified of DOA ( dead on arrival) within one hour of delivery with photo confirmation the animal has passed away, as long as someone is home to sign for the animal and it was unpacked as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that an animal does not survive, please contact us immediately. We will ask for photos of the animal in the original packaging to confirm and do a complete refund your order. We will not ship out on days with in adequate temperatures for certain animals.
