Store Policy
PayPal is the only accepted form of payment. When paying for snake please choose PayPal "Friends and Family" option. A 3% surcharge otherwise will be added on the total of snake and shipping.
The cost of shipping your snake is not included in the price of the snake you are purchasing. Estimated shipping of one FedEx box is about $50.00 - $70.00, however this will depend on your zip code. We combine multiple animals to a box to save on shipping if at all possible. A tracking number will also be provided by email. Shipping of your animal will only be done when weather permits; If we feel it is unsafe to ship, we will work out another day to ship to you. Due to extreme temperatures, shipment will be delayed and you will be notified.
We will accept some payment plans. A 25% deposit must be put down on your animal for an agreed amout time to be worked out to pay the balance. If time has not met to pay for the animale you forfeit your deposit. I will only take deposits for agreed payment plans.
We guarantee the proper sex of your animal and the live arrival of your animal with the stipulation that someone must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or guarantee is forfeit.
