Your Next Dragons
Healthy Guarantee

It is up to us to raise your next healthy baby bearded dragon, but it is up to you to educate yourself on the care and husbandry needed to keep them healthy as they grow into a beautiful adult bearded dragon. Your Next Dragon is not responsible for any death or vet bills due to incorrect husbandry. Upon purchase it will be assumed that you have done the proper research and are taking full responsibility for your dragons health. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are made on a case by case basis by Your Next Dragon and may not be granted because a buyer changes their mind on sex, color, age, pattern, etc.

Please contact us for questions or concerns about your dragons eating, drinking, or care. Due to high volumes of calls, if you reach our voicemail, leave your name and phone number twice – in case the message breaks up. We prefer email or texts and will answer them as soon as we can. We offer our recommendations freely but ask that you do your part in making your new reptile purchase a success.

If Your Next Dragon passes away within 7 days we will refund, or where possible, replace them once the following information is provided: photographic proof of correct habitat, proper UV light and substrate, and access to correct food and water, as well as documented appropriate basking and tank temperatures, etc. If these conditions are met, and a replacement dragon is provided, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping or arranging pickup. We will not sell a dragon unless we believe they are healthy enough to survive the stresses of moving, shipping, and or rehousing. We stand behind our dragons and look forward to helping you successfully raise Your Next Dragon.

Payment
Your Next Dragon accepts Venmo, certain crypto currencies, cash when local pickup is available, or where and when a credit card or debit card is needed we use Square invoices for payment. By purchasing an animal with us you are acknowledging that you are at least 18 years old.

Deposit
Your Next Dragons sales are on a first come first serve basis and we will not put a dragon on hold without a minimum deposit of 25% of the purchase price. After the second full week a dragon is on hold it will require a 10$ a week boarding fee to maintain its hold status or the deposit will be forfeit. Your Next Dragon reserves the right to back out of any deal that a Buyer has paid money into, at any time, for any reason, but Your Next Dragon will be responsible to pay back 100% of the purchase price excluding any forfeited deposits or any non-refundable shipping costs. Deposits are non-refundable if the buyer were to back out of a deal.

Visual, Temperament, and Sex guarantees
We do our best to take photos in different lightings and situations to represent our animals in a fair way but Your Next Dragon cannot guarantee the final color, size, or look of your animal. Many factors determine an animal's outcome; including but not limited to: environment, lighting, heat, feeding, and stress. Sometimes animals do not react the same way to unknown people, places or environments so Your Next Dragon has no guarantee for animal temperament. We also do our best to accurately sex young animals and because we have been doing so for many years, we are almost always accurate. However, we have no guarantee on gender.

Applicable shipping laws
All buyers are responsible for knowing and following all applicable laws within their federal, state, and local jurisdictions with regards to the purchasing, transporting, shipping, and keeping of animals.

Shipping
We do Guarantee live arrival on the first delivery attempt. If a package is delayed for any reason beyond our control, we cannot guarantee live arrival. Our shipping is done via “ShipYourReptiles'' through Fedex overnight. We are currently only shipping Tuesday and Wednsdays due to the weekend backlog FedEx is experiencing. This is to try and avoid the dragons getting stuck with FedEx for an extra day. During certain times of the year shipping may be changed or canceled due to temperature, weather conditions, or interruption in service. In many instances the only choice for shipping may be to have the package shipped to a fedex hub. For the safety of the animal in transit we reserve the right to refuse any and all shipments. You will be notified if this happens. We do try to combine shipping whenever possible. Tracking numbers are provided when able. You must be present at time of delivery for any guarantee to stay valid (if fedex notes no one available to receive, all guarantees are void!)

Shipping Insurance
All of our reptile shipping comes with On-Time & Live Arrival Insurance purchased through ShipYourReptiles. If in the extremely rare instance you have a Dead On Arrival you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photos of the dead reptile (front, back, stomach and rear images as well as images of both sides) in order for us to start the insurance claim, we can do nothing without these photos. The time of delivery is recorded by Fedex, so we ask that you call immediately if you experience any problems. Please save all package material as it may be needed to ship the animal back. A refund will only be issued if the insurance claim comes back positive. A refund will be issued for the price of the reptiles only, not the shipping fees. We do not cover vet bills. Please keep in mind reptiles can and normally go through relocation stress.

It is our goal to provide the best customer service possible to each of our customers and we see our customers as an extension of our family and hope that after the purchase of a reptile through us they will continue to stay in touch and keep us updated on the growth/development of that dragon for the life of the dragon.
At the moment we only ship within the USA. We do not export to other countries.
