Store Policy
We except payments from paypal, cash app, and zelle. Must be sent Freinds and family no exceptions you will be billed fees if you send any other way and will not receive animal till paid.
Shipping will be through Fedex Priority Overnight only and prior to shipping all animals must be paid in full. We will create your label after we settle a day to ship when it is convenient to you. Monday through Wednesday are only days i will be shipping. We will let you know when your package has been droped off at a fedex shipping center. Once package is shipped we ask that you please keep us notified of when the package has arrived. Live arrival is guaranteed.
However... The guarantee is only valid for 1 hour after delivery so pls make sure someone is home to receive the package. Guarantee is till closing time of the hub if animal is shipped to one. We understand delays happen but it is out of our control and we will not be responsible for it. Sorry for any inconvenience.
If your package does arrive on time and in the event that a Dead On Arrival happens you will be refunded the price of the animal only. Pictures will need to be taken as well as a validation of delivery time via fedex.
Sick animals must be reported within 24 hours of arrival no exceptions. I will need pics if any injuries were noticed at time of arrival. We will also be documenting pictures of animal prior to shipment to not apose any legal matters. All animals are guaranteed health and sexing.
Returns must be claimed within 24 hours of arrival. Price of animal only will be refunded no exceptions. Buyer will also be responsible for shipping cost and box to return animal.
Payment plans are available with a 25% deposit that is refundable only within 24 hours from payment being received.
Same rule applies to animals being put on hold. 25% of total price including shipping will need to be deposited in order for animal to be held. If buyer backs out the 25% deposit will not be refunded after 24 hours of receiving payment. Pls be positive with your purchase.
$500 and below Payment plans are 25% Deposit, with the remaining balance being paid in full within a 4 week period from date of deposit.
$500- $1000 payment plans are 25% deposit of total price with shipping. Must be paid off in a 6 week period
$1000 plus payment plans are 25% deposit with remaining balance being paid in a 8 week period from date of first deposit.
All payment plans can still be negotiable for further time laps but would need to be discussed, and not to exceed 4 weeks past given time frame for each price range.
