Store Policy
Shipping is in U.S. only. Buyer pays actual shipping cost based on quote. Animals will only be shipped monday through Thursday because we use Ship Your Reptiles. We provide a live arrival guarantee and health guarantee for the first week. Any issues must be brought to our attention within the first week and all reports of a DOA must be paired with a picture and be sent within 2 hours after arrival time. We are not responsible for a DOA in result of a carrier delay although you may pay for insurance so you will be refunded in this instance. All customers must be present upon delivery or they will not be applicable for a refund. If incorrect shipping information is provided, our live arrival guarantee is void. Genetics and sex are also guaranteed although some genes can be hard to see in certain combos. In this instance, we will provide our best guess as well as list genes as possibly in the combo. All sales are final.
