Store Policy
Payment is due in full prior to shipment/ pickup. Payment plans of a maximum of 60 days are available for purchases over $200 with 20% non refundable deposit. All animals have a live guarantee only if shipped within appropriate temperature ranges and picked up within one hour (home delivery) or 4 hours (held at ship center).
