Store Policy

Thank you for your interest in our reptiles. We strive for healthy and beautiful animals and excellent customer service.

A. Definitions:
1. Full Refund and Return (FRR): compensation amounting to 100% including the cost of the animal plus shipping plus return shipping costs. If Buyer is not available for delivery, refuses deliver, or pick up at a hold location before the end of the day, all guarantees are null and void.
a. The Seller can send an acceptable, agreed-upon replacement at their own expense.
b. If the Buyer refuses to return the animal, NRC applies.
c. If the animal does not arrive alive due to a delay by the courier, NRC applies.
2. Claim Period: Time period which Buyer has from delivery to contact Seller and make their claims. Evidence should be included with the claim or provided upon instruction from the Seller. 4 hours after receiving to make the claim
3. Return Period: Time period that Buyer after notification of claim in which to arrange suitable shipping dates with Seller, making sure the shipment will not land on a weekend or holiday. 3 days to return the animal.
4. Non-Return Compensation (NRC): If Buyer refuses to return the animal, Seller does not have to refund the full amount, but may provide a partial refund. In the event the animal is delayed in transit, and does not arrive at its designated time, responsibility lies solely on the shipping company to provide a refund, either whole or partial.
5. Proof: Should the Buyer and Seller not be able to agree, MorphMarket will make the final determination of whether sufficient proof and evidence have been provided to support a claim.

B. Guarantees:
1. Deposits are non-refundable. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
2. If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money.
3. If Seller goes 10 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it.
4. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition. In transit delays by the courier void any arrive alive guarantee.
5. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
6. If Seller ships the wrong animal as proven by the Buyer, they are responsible for FRR if they cannot send out the original animal.
7. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the sex is unknown or not certain. If Seller ships a wrongly-sexed animal as proven by the Buyer, they are responsible for FRR.
8. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will be within a 20% margin of error in weight and length of the advertised amount. If the animal received is outside of the 20% margin as proven by the Buyer, Seller is responsible for FRR. There are times that the Seller does not update the weight in the ad weekly, therefore, if the ad is more than 30 days since the last update, Buyer must ask for a current weight before placing a deposit on the animal.
9. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Seller is not responsible for shipping delays and mishaps created by the courier. Seller is responsible for delays if Seller is proven negligent in packing or timely drop off with the courier. If an animal dies or is lost due to Seller negligence in shipping, then Seller is responsible for FRR. In many cases, the animals can be insured and if insurance is available, Seller will be responsible for any loss due to courier’s fault.
10. If the animal is substantially sick or injured as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed) then Seller is responsible for FRR.
11. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
12. With the extreme variability of genetics in reptiles, Seller will have available parentage of the reptile for sale. The genetics identified by the Seller will also be in the ad. We guarantee recessive and het recessive genes.

C. Other Information:
1. Shipping is available in the 48 lower United States with standard shipping fees.
2. Animal must be paid in full prior to shipment. Shipping is done Monday-Thursday through FedEx.
3. We accept PayPal, other payment types can be discussed.
4. Short term payment plans are available
5. Discounts if you purchase multiple animals.
6. Seller is not responsible for medical costs that buyer accumulates unless negotiated prior. If pet arrives in an unhealthy condition that requires medical attention, seller will pay for medical costs up to the cost of the animal.

Communication is important in any contract. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to purchase. If, for some reason, there is a problem with your new reptile, please contact us also, even if the guarantee periods have expired. We will try to help as much as possible. Thank you for enjoying our animals.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
