Z&K Reptiles is a small scale passion project dedicated to quality and care. All of our animals are kept in large bioactive environments to stimulate natural behaviors and maximize animal welfare while we continuously push for higher levels of excellence in color, pattern, and health with each passing season.
Store Policy
••• Must be 18 years or older to purchase, or have guardian consent. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel any individual is not properly prepared for the animal being purchased. If you are a first time reptile keeper, please notify us - we are happy to offer assistance with setting up a proper home for your new animal.
••• Shipping, Returns, and Claims
Continental US shipping, to your nearest FedEx Hub. Live arrival guaranteed on all orders, concerns must be reported within 2 hours of receival. Shipping is non-refundable under any circumstance, including DoA.
••• Payments, Deposits, and Holds
At this time, all payments should be made via PayPal. We will hold any animal(s) up to 30 days with a 20% or $100 (whichever is higher) non-refundable deposit. For orders exceeding $500, 90 day holds are available. If the animal(s) purchased cannot be collected after 90 days, an extension can be requested with an additional 20% NRD (40% total) - we reserve the right to decline extension requests.
No animal is considered to be purchased or on hold until a deposit has been made - if there are multiple interested buyers, the first one to send payment will get the animal. If two interested buyers send payment, the second buyer will be fully refunded. We reserve the right to withhold any animal indefinitely when shipping conditions are suboptimal, and are committed to maintaining open communication with the buyer in this circumstance. WE DO NOT COMPROMISE ON SAFE SHIPPING CONDITIONS.
••• Health, Sexing, and Temperament
Optimal health guaranteed on all orders. We take great pride in providing strong, healthy animals to our clients. Sex is an educated guess and not guaranteed unless specifically notated in the animal description as guaranteed (such as with probed snake species). Animal temperament is not guaranteed, but we are happy to assist with choosing a personable/friendly animal within reason at our discretion. Some species are more sociable by nature than others.
