Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Live Arrival Guarantee is not guaranteed if there was a shipping delay unless buyer asks for and pays for additional insurance.
Live arrival guarantee on all reptiles. Buyer must be present when package is delivered. If buyer is not present, live arrival guarantee is voided. A picture must be sent to [email protected] or by phone number immediately if there are ever any complications upon arrival. In the event of a DOA, the price of the snake will be refunded or the the amount can be credited to another available animal. Shipping to a FedEx hub is always preferred! DOA's must have a picture sent within 4 hours of the snake arriving to the hub.
We guarantee the sex of your ball python. Owner must verify within 7 days of receiving and let us know if they see any discrepancies.
Due to the complexity of some of the morphs produced, we cannot guarantee dominant and codominant genetics. All visual and het recessives are guaranteed. We ID all snakes to the best of our ability.
Any form of payment to hold or purchase a snake is non-refundable. Payment plans are offered on a case to case basis. There are no refunds.
We currently accept PayPal (friends and family option), Zelle, checks (animal will be shipped once check clears bank).
Free shipping on any snake over $1,500 unless otherwise noted.
