Store Policy

By buying OR putting a deposit down on an animal(s) you are agreeing to Terms of Sale :

Payment plans are available for any total over $200 :
ALL plans require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, paid via Friends and Family on PayPal, or cash app.

- Any total between $201-$400 you will have 28 days to pay the remaining balance off.
- Any total between $401-$1000 you will have 42 days to pay the remaining balance off.
- Any total above $1001 you will have 56 days to pay the balance off, unless another agreement is made ahead of time.

If you fault on a payment plan (this includes "changing your mind") you may transfer any extra payments towards the original animal to a new animal within a 2 week time frame. This does NOT include the deposit. If the new animal has a higher balance there is no option for a payment plan, the total must be paid for within that 2 week time frame.

The only time a cash refund ( not including deposit ) of any type on a faulty payment plan will be made is if we do not have any other available animals at the time

To reiterate, deposits are NOT refundable or transferable, no matter the circumstances.

All prices are plus shipping unless stated other wise. Shipping is based off of your zip code.

We use Reptiles express to ship all animals. ALL of their guidelines must be met before shipping will happen. Pickup at the nearest hub to you is preferred and is required for shipping to happen when temperatures are close to 95° on the receiving end. We only ship out Monday-Wednesday for next day arrival. If you choose to not pick the package up at the nearest hub, a signature can be required at extra cost to you. So there will have to be someone there to receive the package.

Health, Sex, and Genetics of all animals are guaranteed unless stated otherwise. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice that anything is wrong please contact immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and we no longer take responsibility for them.

In the case of a health issue of an animal, I will replace the animal at cost if proven by a vet. I check all animals before they leave my facility for this reason and would not ship an animal that I think is not 100% healthy and ready to go to its new home.

Refunds on any animal(s) are not available because of possible delays in shipping due to the weather. We will gladly hold the animal(s) until it is safe to ship.

Delays in shipping are out of our control as sometimes they happen. Please be understanding and flexible with them. Snakes will be packaged so they will be safe for at least 48 hours in the box for this reason.
If an animal(s) is being held after payment is made in full, and it is NOT weather related, there will be an extra $5 per week per animal charge to cover upkeep on them.
