All animal shipments are sent via Fedex Priority Overnight. Temperatures are checked by our team at the time of scheduling and the day of shipment to ensure safety for your animals! Josh's Frogs guarantees that all animals will arrive alive and in good health, provided that:
Someone is there to accept the package on the first delivery attempt, or the package is picked up by noon the day of arrival if the package is held at a Fedex Hub or Print and Ship Center for pickup.

If animals arrive deceased or in poor condition, Josh's Frogs requires that:

Josh's Frogs offers a 3-day health guarantee on all animals purchased from Josh's Frogs.
In the case of an animal arriving in not perfect condition, Josh's Frogs extends the health guarantee to 14 days.
