    Terms of Service Policy

    Animals/Shipping-
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy (to the best of our knowledge), true to sex and arrive alive as long as someone is present at time of delivery to accept the animal(s) and you have insured the shipment. If you refuse shipment for any reason I will not refund your money. If there is a problem with the animals you must notify me within an hour of arrival and supply pictures as necessary. We will refund purchase price and any shipping fees as long as you have purchased insurance at a cost to you of $2.50 per $100 of coverage and only up to the amount insured. I cannot guarantee animals will stay alive after receipt, as care is very specific and I cannot control or be held responsible for animals no longer in my care. We will ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays only when high temps at the destination, Memphis/Indianapolis and in our area are not above 90F or below 40F as a low. This is for the safety of our animals and I am unwilling to risk it. Shipping is not included in prices listed unless specifically noted. Shipping is done exclusively via FedEx through Ship Your Reptiles and is quoted based on package size, weight and zip code. I will not charge anything additional beyond the quoted shipping and insurance costs regardless if it ends up costing me more.

At this time due to insurance restrictions we can only ship on Tuesday or Wednesday and animals must be held at FedEx for pickup. This is due to FedEx being overwhelmed partly due to COVID and staffing shortages.

    Waiting Lists/Deposits-

We no longer have waiting lists, all animals are on a first come first served basis. However deposits and payment plans are accepted. All deposits are non refundable and are either $100 or 20% of full price, whichever is greater. Payment plans require the above mentioned deposit and must be paid in full within 90 days or your deposit is forfeit. However if you are having problems meeting deadlines please reach out to discuss.

    Payments-
Payments can be made using PayPal ([email protected]), Square for face to face transactions, PopMoney or check/money order via snail mail. If you are picking up in person we only accept cash at this time.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.

    About Reese Rainbows and Reptiles

I have been breeding different boa species for over 30 years. Started out keeping and breeding sand boas at age 14 selling to local pet shops. As soon as I could afford to as a young adult I began raising Brazilian Rainbow boas, Emerald Tree boas and Anacondas. As time progressed I decided to focus my time solely on Rainbows and for many years that is what I have specialized in. We are currently working with several uncommon morphs and specialize in calico and various lines of striped animals. Many of our current projects are focused on polygenic combinations of these lines with various color morphs such as DB hypos, Lockwood hypos, melanistic and various forms of anery. Beyond this we have returned to breeding some of the newer sand boa morphs (including pure Dodomas), calico and leucistic Amazon Tree boas and other species of Rainbows including E. assisi and E. maurus morphs.
