***Sexing Policies***
We don't offer guarantee on correct sex for TSM (Temperature sexed Male) & TSF (Temperature sexed Females) babies, if we're 100% sure and state it in our ads we will stand by our word. All TSF & TSM should be seen as "Unsexed" as it's only 98% accurate and anything can happen. We do pop & probe all snakes to be 100% sure.

*** Payment Plans ***
Payment plans are available on animals that are $300 or more excluding shipping costs & can be customized to help meet your needs. If you enter into a payment plan & are not able fulfill your obligation, you forfeit any payments that have been made. We do require a 30% non refundable fee to hold the animal you're interested in. All invoices must be paid in full within 60 days. Payment processing is done through PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, & Venmo. Also Cash & CC if you come by the shop.

*** Shipping ***
🚨 SHIPPING IS DONE OVER NIGHT THROUGH UPS ONLY. 🚨 Due toprice increases we offer $60 flat rate anywhere in the USA. We only ship when temperatures are adequate and we are comfortable doing so. Temperatures above 92° and below 30° we will not guarantee live arrival & will assume no responsibility if anything were to happen. We would prefer waiting it out for ideal weather conditions before shipping. The animal’s safety is our primary concern. We do offer a free 60 day courtesy hold, after that there is a weekly "care" fee between $10-$20 a week depending on species while we wait for an ideal day. Shipments are typically sent out on Monday's, Tuesday's, & Wednesdays. We need to confirm the shipping date with you prior to shipping out. Once you receive your package please open it immediately & inspect your animal.

*** Feeding Issues ***
Unless stated otherwise all animals will be actively feeding prior to shipping. The shipping process is very stressful on the animal & it may take several weeks for it to begin feeding regularly again.
Be aware that it is not uncommon for ball pythons & Leo's to go off feed for extended periods of time.

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
