Animals: All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, correctly sexed, genetically accurate as represented, and feeding regularly on appropriately sized F/T prey items unless otherwise noted. Babies have taken at least three voluntary, unscented meals before they're advertised for sale unless otherwise noted.

Live Arrival Guarantee/Shipping: Nothing is more important than the health and safety of the animals. Animals are shipped FedEx hub pick-up. All deliveries of animals must be retrieved from the FedEx hub location within 4 hours after the package is made available for pick-up. Failure to comply with this procedure voids the live arrival guarantee. In the highly unlikely event your animal arrives in other than fine health, we must be notified immediately. Call or text 228.219.9714 and/or email [email protected]. Contact with photos and/or video no later than 2 hours after delivery of the package is required for a replacement or refund. At minimum, photo/video documentation is required. We reserve the right to demand the return of the deceased animal (frozen). We will only ship if the temperature at all stops is within safe ranges during the window when the animal(s) should be there. We'll gladly hold and continue caring for a purchased animal until conditions are suitable. NOTE ON SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping will be done at our expense for purchases totalling $500 or more (not including shipping costs). Shipping costs are calculated for the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska is available, maximum cost $120 as the cost is much higher for us. Thank you.

Payment: BrightHope Snakes accepts online payments through PayPal at [email protected], and Venmo at BrightHope-Snakes. Buyer will pay any fees required by an online platform (such as PayPal). Bank transfers or postal money orders are also accepted. For those who prefer local pickup, we also accept cash.

Holds: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the price of the animal(s) plus shipping cost is required to hold any animal. The seller may refuse to accept a hold request at seller's discretion. When a hold is agreed upon, payment in full is required within 14 days, unless other terms are agreed upon in writing prior to our agreeing to hold the animal and accepting your deposit. Failure to complete the transaction within the allotted time will result in the forfeiture of any monies paid to date and the animal being made available for resale.

All animals and all shipping fees must be paid in full prior to shipping. By purchasing an animal the buyer agrees to the above terms.
