I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All animals are healthy and feeding on appropriately sized rodents when sold. Temperaments of animals aren't guaranteed. Animals that are overly defensive are typically not offered for sale to the public. While most colubrids are relatively docile, anything with a mouth can bite. If you aren't comfortable with potentially being bitten, we suggest you don't purchase anything with a mouth. If an animal goes off feed once in your care, we will work with you to help get them feeding again. This happens occasionally to everyone, even to the most experienced breeders. If the animals has not fed with in 3 weeks of delivery you can ship it back to us (at your expense) for a credit towards a replacement. We do not cover veterinarian bills under any circumstances. A 20% nonrefundable deposit will hold the animal for 30 days. If not paid in full at the end of the 30 days, your deposit and any additional payments made are forfeited as a restocking fee and to cover lost revenue from other potential buyers during the time that animal was off the market.
