We accept PayPal, Venmo or cash in some circumstances. Shipping temps must be above 30° and below 90°. Live arrival is guaranteed only if picked up within 2 hours from the time the FedEx Hub makes the package available for pickup or delivery is made. Once the animal is in our customers care, we cannot be held accountable for the husbandry of others. In the case of a DOA, we must receive photographic evidence of the deceased animal within 1 hour of gaining possession of that animal. A refund of the purchase price of the animal (excluding the cost of shipping) will be issued once these conditions have been met and confirmed.
Payment plans are available at our discretion. We require a minimum of a 20% nonrefundable deposit and must be paid in full within 30 days. Any payment plan not successfully completed within that time frame is considered breach of contract and all payments made are nonrefundable.
Shipping is included in all orders over $1000.
We always guarantee the sex and genetics of any animal we sell.
