We guarantee the animals purchased from us are mite free, correctly sexed, no defects/kinks, genetics stated to the best of our ability and HET’s are 100% guaranteed. All animals will have had at least 3-5 meals OR are feeding weekly.
All of our live animal orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight.
Shipping costs vary due to location and the size of the animal. Shipping prices can range from $40-$85, depending on distance from our location.
**Due to the ever changing temperatures, we are ONLY shipping to your most local FedEx hub. This is for the health and well-being of the animal. We ship on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, for next day pickup (weather depending)**
Local pickup in Chino, CA is also available.
If the animal is DOA, the customer must notify us of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. The time is determined by the online receipt that FedEx provides. An email or text message with a photo and video attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.
Payment can be made through Zelle, Venmo, PayPal friends & family, CashApp, Cash or ApplePay.
We will NOT hold an animal without a non-refundable deposit.
Payment plans are available, 25% initial deposit and remaining balance due before or by the end of 30 days from initial payment.
