SHIPPING:
Animals are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight. Can be held at a hub, or delivered directly to your door. Please note, during extreme temperatures, shipping may be delayed, or sent to the customers nearest FedEx hub to ensure animal safety. This will not be decided without prior discussion with the customer. I will not ship anything without confirming everything with the customer beforehand.
No shipping of burmese pythons toFL or NY per their laws/bans.
We ship Monday through Wednesday priority overnight weather permitting. We guarantee live on arrival. If an animal arrives DOA, we must be notified within an hour and video of unboxing must be provided. The animal will be replaced with one of equal or lesser value or balance can be applied to another available animal.
PAYMENT:
No animal ships prior to being paid off.
Depending on the animal size, we may need to purchase a different size shipping box which will take 5-7 business days to arrive and we will plan to set up shipping for the next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
Payment plans agreed upon must be paid in full prior to shipping animal. Non payment results in forfeit of animal and loss of payments.
