• Due to recent delays caused by COVID-19 customers are required to pick up their animal at the FedEx hub, no home deliveries. No exceptions.
• I only ship on Tuesday for arrival on Wednesday
• I collect payment through my website. Please visit http://andrewsreptilesllc.com to purchase any dragon.
• I do not offer payment plans at this time. Please do not contact me unless you can pay in full.
• I do not hold dragons without payment. If you see an animal you really like, you will need to pay for it to guarantee that you’ll receive it. If you take hours or days to pay, it may be sold to someone else.
• Purchase and care of animal must be by someone who is 18 years old.
• Due to the unpredictable nature of animals, I do not guarantee the temperament of an animal.
• If you’re eligible for a refund I will not refund more than the total purchase price of an animal.
• I do not do trades.
Payment, Deposits and Refunds
• Refunds- If you decide to back out of the deal after you have paid but before the reptile is shipped, I will refund your payment minus $100 dollars. $100 dollars is non-refundable. If I back out of the deal I will refund 100% of the payment (i.e. the reptile isn’t eating as well as I would like, or I determine the buyer is lying to me).
• Shipment will occur on the day that is discussed by both parties. I only ship on Tuesday for arrival on Wednesday. If poor weather prevents shipment (this will be decided by me) then a new shipping date will be discussed. If a new date cannot be agreed upon then I will refund 100% of the money that was paid.
• I guarantee that the animal being delivered is the exact one represented in the ad.
• I guarantee the sex, genetics, and health of the animal. If I sex the animal wrong, the genetics are not what was stated in the ad, or the customer determines the animal isn’t healthy, I will provide a full refund including shipping costs, for a time period of 7 days from the time the animal is delivered to the customer. Refunds will not be issued until the dragon is returned.
• If the customer decides within the 7 day guarantee period that they want to return the animal, it will be the CUSTOMERS responsibility to ship the animal back. A refund will not be issued until the animal is returned AND is in the same condition it was received in. Careful consideration should be made BEFORE purchasing an animal. Please do not make an impulse buy, these are live animals and shipping a live animal isn’t easy.
• I guarantee the health of the animal for 7 days.
• I guarantee alive arrival of the animal with two conditions. 1. If the animal is delivered to the customer’s house, the customer needs to be present at the time of the delivery. Occasionally the FedEx driver will drop the package and not ring the bell. It is important for the customer to be watching for the animal to be delivered. If there is a problem with shipping the customer is required to notify me within one hour of the FedEx delivery time stamp. If the customer leaves the dragon on the porch in the sun and this results in the animal’s death, no money will be refunded. 2. If the animal is held for pickup at the FedEx hub the customer is required to pick up the animal the same day it is delivered. If there are any shipping problems when the animal is held for pick up the customer is required to notify me within 3 hours of when the animal is picked up. Any problems reported during shipping must include pictures as evidence. \
