Once payment has been received, we can work together to schedule your reptile shipment after the payment has cleared. All payments must be submitted through PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle.
All correspondence must be through Morph Market. I prefer to converse via Morph Market when discussing details in relation to the sale / shipping / health concerns / refunds ETC...
All shipments are 100% 7-DAY HEALTH GUARANTEED. I have never had ANY reptile die in shipment and it is extremely rare to happen. This is why I will only ship within the recommended shipping conditions and currently prefer to ship to a hub Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday - Arriving Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.
If shipping to a FedEx hub, your reptile is 100% covered under my health guarantee. If you opt to have the reptile shipped to you directly, you are agreeing to only 50% compensation in the event of a DOA or health concern within 7 days of receipt. During COVID, some breeders have completely lost their shipments and by shipping to the hub, you have less of a risk of mishandling by the carrier.
If your reptile is DOA or within the 7 days, you will receive a full refund. I am not responsible for the death of a reptile who is not cared for! A photo of the DOA reptile would be required within 2 hours of arrival and if there are any health concerns, you must notify me within 24 hours of the issue. Sometimes, health concerns can be remedied if the issue is caught early enough and I would like the chance to help the reptile. This could require you to ship the reptile back to me, and I would cover the shipping cost. Refund and shipment cost would be refunded once I receive the reptile.
Shipping days are Monday-Wednesday for deliveries on Tuesdays-Thursdays and I follow the recommended condition by the shipping company. There is no charge to hold your reptile (once payment is made) until proper shipping conditions.
Please be CERTAIN that the email, phone number and address you provide is correct. I am not responsible for an error in information but will help with trying to resolve it regardless. If you send the wrong information after the label is created, you are responsible for the cost to change a label.
Death Due to Improper Care and Feeding is excluded from the health guarantee.
Proper diet, housing, and temperature is crucial when caring for any reptile. I use Aritonnic created by Ariel Cudia (and friends) for my crested geckos, however, Rapashy or Pangea is widely used by other breeders. Aritonnic is made with a lot of key ingredients which benefit a gecko's health!!! It is far healthier than freeze dried. I can’t guarantee your reptile will eat or grow on a poor diet. If you fail to provide your reptile with proper nutrition, housing, or the right temperature range it will VOID the health guarantee guarantee.
Please do your research on how to house these reptiles before purchasing any. I am more than happy to answer ANY questions (purchase or not)
PLEASE quarantine reptiles for 30 days and avoid cross contamination. (IE gloves, wash hands between reptiles, do not switch decor around etc...)
It is very rare but geckos can drop their tails during shipping. They can also drop their tails when stressed and sometimes for no apparent reason at all. It is a natural occurrence and it has no effect on their health or breeding ability. I am not responsible for compensation in relation to lost tail after the gecko is shipped.

I do not offer refunds for animals under any circumstances, no exceptions. Only order if you are 100% sure you have done your research and can afford to care for the reptile properly.
A 25% non-refundable down payment gives you the ability to put any Reptile on hold. We will hold your reptile for up to two weeks (unless interference due to inclement weather), at which time full payment is due. Reptiles $500 or more qualify for a longer payment plan. If payment is not made in full by the end of the two weeks (or other agreed date), you are forfeiting the money you have paid and the reptile will be put back on the market. I am willing to work with situations but it is on a case by case basis and may be willing to apply payments to another less expensive available reptile (if any) in the event you can't pay for the price of a particular reptile. (HOPE THAT MAKES SENSE!)
