-Shipping is free in the United States for any size order! We ship with Redline Shipping using Fedex Priority Overnight. Geckos are guaranteed 100% alive and healthy in the US. Shipments must be picked up at a FedEx Ship Center, unless you're too far from one. It's safer for the geckos!
-International shipping is available at buyer's expense. International orders are not guaranteed.
-We will hold all geckos until a safe weather window opens. We have supplies to safely ship from 30⁰-100⁰. We only ship using out Monday-Wednesday.
-We are always available to help with gecko care, and are not responsible for geckos once in your possession.
-We use Square to send invoices for everyone in the US. Square accepts any major credit cards. They do require us to enter your name and address associated with your card, and that's their way of ensuring we know who we are selling to. We are never in possession of or receive your credit card number.
-All payments are non-refundable or transferable unless there is an acceptable reason preventing you from receiving your order. This applies to payment plans or geckos purchased in full. If you back out of a sale due to non-emergencies and require a refund, we will have to block you from any future orders. This is the same standard I hold myself to when buying from others. 😁
