Terms of Service
Sales: You must be 18 years or older to purchase from us. If you are not 18, we require a parent or legal guardian to contact us to arrange a purchase. We reserve the right to refuse sales to anybody for any reason. All sales are final. No cash refunds.
Payment Plans: We accept Payment Plans on purchases of $250 or more, with a 25% non-refundable deposit, and 30 days to pay off the balance. Alternate terms are considered on a case by case basis. Payment Plans must be completed within agreed upon time frame, or the 25% deposit will be forfeited and the gecko(s) will be re-listed for sale. If you need to adjust your payment plan, communication is key. We are quite flexible as long as there is communication. If we don’t hear from you for more than 30 days after your final payment, we will assume your purchase has been abandoned.
Shipping: Shipping is a flat rate of $75 in the US. Overseas shipping varies. We only ship geckos when weather permits and will hold all geckos until safe shipping weather is present.
Guarantees are not honored at this time due to Covid. We are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling.
During normal shipping events (when FedEx returns to their normal guarantees):
In the event of a DOA arrival, we will provide a credit for the amount paid towards another purchase.
We are not responsible for dropped tails. Purchases are shipped Monday-Wednesday to help minimize delays. We require the buyer to send us a message, and let us know the purchase has arrived safely within thirty minutes of delivery with photos of the gecko/geckos. Failure to notify us of delivery voids all guarantees.
Health Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to arrive healthy, eating and properly sexed, if listed in the advertisement. Because of this, we offer a 5 day health guarantee. If we do not hear from you within 5 days that the gecko is having any health issues, we consider the transaction complete. This guarantee does not cover injury once the animal is in your care due to incorrect husbandry or other issues out of our control. If for any reason the animal is not healthy within the 5 day arrival time frame, we will allow a return of the animal. We do not offer cash refunds, but offer compensation in the form of credit towards a future purchase, not to include shipping.
