By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to the following terms:


PAYMENTS:
-We accept PayPal f&f, Venmo,Zelle, and bank transfers for payments.
-Payment plans will be eligible to geckos over $450
-Geckos can be placed on hold with a 40% non-refundable deposit for 4-week plans. Or 20% non-refundable deposit for 2-week plans. If the buyer failed the complete the payment within the agreed time period, the buyer will have 2 days extension to clear the payment, otherwise, the gecko will be relisted and the payment you sent will not be refunded.


SHIPPING
-We will not ship out any geckos until the payment has been cleared
-We will hold the gecko with no additional cost until the weather is safe for shipping on both ends(Winter/Summer holds).
- If DOA happened during the shipping process, please make sure to contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with clear unboxing video proof.
If the package got delayed in the system, this policies still applies, please make sure to contact us with 30 min of delivery unless otherwise discussed
-Under any circumstances, there will be no cash refunds, all refunds will be applied to store credit for future purchases or exchange for another gecko of equal value
-Live arrival will not be guaranteed on international shipments.
-We guarantee the live arrival of the gecko, however, once the gecko has left our care, we are no longer responsible for anything that happens

IMPORTANT POLICIES:
-Due to a recent case, we will not be responsible for dalmatian spots popping up on babies, we are also not responsible for what a baby gecko will look like.
-No new photos will be taken until after the deposit or payment.
-Sex for geckos sold under 25 grams will not be guaranteed unless stated otherwise
-If the buyer decides to back out on a gecko, there are no refunds on any payments sent.
-Losing a tail is a natural phenomenon, we are not responsible for losing a tail at any time of the transaction
-The buyer will need to cover any fee charged by Paypal during the transaction.
-Once you put the deposit on a gecko, you may not switch your deposit to a different gecko, please make sure your choice is final.
-We reserve the right to decline any sales
-We do not have "Waitlists", geckos listed for sale will be based on "first come first serve". We can not hold a gecko for you while you are deciding. That means the gecko will be sold to the first person who sends the payment in the order of messages received.
