If you would like a quote for shipping cost, please message us your zip code, and we will calculate it for you. We will ship the animal to you once payment has been received in full and a ship date has been agreed to by both parties. Ship dates may change due to weather conditions or world events. We offer discount prices on multiple animals purchased. Shipping cost is to be paid by the buyer and is in addition to the cost of the animal. We will combine shipping on multiple animals purchased if packaging allows it. We ship within the continental United States only. Shipping is dependent on appropriate weather temperatures and conditions. We typically ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays. For residential delivery, someone MUST be at home to receive the package. We recommend delivery to your local hub, but will ship to your residence if needed. We are not responsible for shipper (FedEx) shipping mistakes. All shipments are made through Priority Overnight FedEx using an approved reptile shipping company. Delivery time to residence will be by 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, or 4:30 pm depending on your location. If you have a question about where your local pickup hub is located, we can let you know once you give us your address. If FedEx delivery is the 4:30 time slot, you must pick up from a hub. This is for the safety and well being of the animals. We are not responsible for FedEx delays. We will provide tracking numbers so that you can stay informed throughout the shipping process.
Cold Weather Shipping: 39 deg minimum for shipping to a FedEx hub for pick up, this includes the FedEx hub (Memphis or Indianapolis) the package will travel through as well as the origin (Lakeland, FL) and destination temperatures. If we are shipping to your residence, 40 deg minimum required for shipping, this includes the FedEx hub (Memphis or Indianapolis) the package will travel through as well as the origin (Lakeland, FL) and destination temperatures. We will use Cryopacks and Heat packs as needed for shipping. We only ship to FedEx pick up hubs in winter months for the safety of the animal.
Hot Weather Shipping: we prefer temps to be 85 deg or lower for safe shipping for the animal. This includes the origin, FedEx hubs, as well as the destination. We will use cold packs and Cyropacks as needed.
No Animal is reserved until payment is made. Invoices must be paid within 12 hours, or animal will not be held.
Please know shipping dates may be changed if weather conditions or world events are not favorable. We will not ship during major holidays, as packages could be delayed.

Local pickup is Lakeland, Florida.

There are no returns or exchanges once the animal has been shipped. All deposits (up to $50) are nonrefundable, but could be applied to a different animal before shipping as discussed on a case by case basis. If there is any issue with the health of the animal upon delivery, claims must be made within 2 hours of receipt with video/photos as necessary. We will do everything we can to ensure safe shipping of the the animal, but cannot be responsible for FedEx mistakes. Shipping costs are non refundable. Buyer is responsible for providing correct address and being present for delivery or timely pick up from the hub.
