Terms of Service - Updated January 16th, 2018
By sending payment, it is assumed that buyer has fully read and agrees to these terms. It is also assumed that buyer has done any and all research necessary to, and is willing to provide proper care for the animal purchased. I reserve the right to refuse any sale.
Payment:
I accept payment via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, I can send an invoice to your email address which can be paid by card.
All sales are final. No refunds except for in the unlikely even of a DOA.
Shipping:
I ship FedEx priority overnight via Shipyourreptiles Mon-Wed when overnight lows are above 32F here and at the destination. I can ship within the US (no HI), much of Canada, and to Hamm shows in Germany. Live arrival is guaranteed. We will arrange shipping at buyer's convenience, as someone MUST be present to receive the shipment at time of delivery. Please contact me within 1 hour of delivery to let me know your shipment has arrived safely. Buyer is responsible for collecting the shipment on arrival. If not collected upon delivery, live arrival guarantee is void. *Shipments can also be held at your nearby FedEx for pick up at your convenience.*
In the very unlikely event of a DOA, I will need clear photographic evidence within one hour of delivery, and full refund will be issued.
Holds/payment plans:
A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to put any animal on hold. Buyer will then have 30 days to complete payment.
