Due to delays associated with COVID-19, we recommend having your gecko(s) shipped directly to your nearest FedEx ship center. This ensures that the gecko is held safely inside and not delayed further or thrown on a potentially too cold or hot delivery vehicle. We will not ship your gecko until we confirm temperatures are safe at the FedEx origin, HUB(s), and final destination. Once full payment is received, we will contact you ahead of time to confirm availability to receive your gecko(s).
*Live arrival is guaranteed so long as the buyer abides by the following receiving guidelines*: The buyer must have picked up from their FedEx ship center within three hours of confirmed pickup availability. In the rare event that your gecko is injured or dead on arrival, the buyer must notify Koala’s Geckos ([email protected]
) within one hour of confirmed pickup with video AND photographic proof of the animal. Store credit will only be offered for dead animals, and any injuries will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by Koala’s Geckos. Tail loss during shipment is not considered an injury, and no credit or refunds will be issued in said event. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a replacement gecko(s).
We take pride in raising healthy geckos and will only sell and ship out animals that are in prime health. We do not have a health guarantee. Once you receive your gecko, it is assumed you have done your research and can provide the animal with proper husbandry. If you send any type of payment to Koala’s Geckos, it is assumed that you have read and agree to all of our terms within our store policy. We DO NOT issue refunds. We reserve the right to refuse service to any potential buyer.
