Store Policy
Pictures:
Please assume that all pictures in an animal's ad are the most up-to-date pictures for that animal. I will automatically update the ad pictures when a gecko starts developing more color as it ages. There is no need to ask me for updated pictures.
Payments:
I accept payments via PayPal, CashApp, Venmo and Zelle. I do not offer any financial services such as payment plans. Financing can be arranged via a third party provider such as a bank or credit card.
Trades:
I am not interested in trades.
Shipping:
Animals will be shipped overnight via FedEx on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I will include a Phase 22 Cryopak and/or heatpack in the box with the animal depending on current weather conditions. I will require you to choose a FedEx Hub near you to pick up the animal from (for the safety of the animal). The health and safety of all animals I ship out is my top priority. I will also include a care sheet in the box with your animal.
Local Pickup:
I do not offer a local pickup service. I run an online shop only.
DOA Policy:
All animals that arrive DOA must be photographed as DOA immediately upon opening the box and in the original packaging. Photos of the deceased animal must be emailed to me within 1 hour of delivery for a refund. I may also have you freeze the deceased specimen in a plastic bag and send me a picture of it frozen as proof. Refunds will not be issued for animals that have visible wounds, such as from a cat or rough handling. I may offer you a replacement animal if I have a similar one available. If not, I will refund you the purchase price of the animal less the shipping charges.
