Terms of Sale

Payment - A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required to hold a gecko. This applies for purchases $300 and up. Purchases $275 and lower should be paid in full. If you change your mind on the particular gecko you have placed on hold, the deposit amount may be used as credit towards another available gecko. Full payment must be made within 30 days of initial deposit. All sales are conducted through square invoice or Zelle. If full payment is not received within the 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited. All animals are first come first serve unless otherwise noted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Shipping is between $50 - $100 unless marked as “free shipping.” Shipping is only available to the lower 48 states of Continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping will be overnight for next day delivery Tuesday-Thursday. Shipping dates will be when temperatures are between 40-80F – here, as well as on the receiving end. Home delivery can be arranged but the buyer will have to be available to receive in person on the 1st attempt. Safe shipping temps are always at my discretion. I am not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer nor shipment delays by the courier.

Live arrival guarantee - All animals shipped to a FedEx hub and held for pickup will have a live arrival guarantee. That guarantee is voided if customer requests shipment any other address outside of a FedEx hub. If shipped to a hub and the animal arrives dead - you will be credited the cost of the animal - minus shipping, to use for a future purchase at my store. Purchasing from me - you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of this guarantee.

Health Guarantee - All animals sold by Gravidy’s Geckos will have a 7 day health guarantee. It is your responsibility to know how to care for the animal you are purchasing. All animals for sale are in exceptional health and any death within the 7 day period is most likely attributed to housing/care conditions of the buyer. You are responsible for contacting me via phone, text or email within one hour of receiving to inform me of the arrival condition of your animal. All health guarantees are null and void if you do not contact me within one hour of receiving. In the unlikely event of death within 7 days, you will be offered a replacement animal of similar quality or credit towards an available stock. The cost of shipping will not be reimbursed. You must submit proof of illness or death with clear photographs and/or videos. Injuries sustained after arrival such as from other pets, inappropriate care, and other forms of physical harm will not be covered under the health guarantee. Tail loss during shipment is not covered under the health guarantee.

Sexing - All geckos that are listed as male or female are guaranteed to be that gender. All possible male or female geckos are not guaranteed. All my geckos are photographed to show as much detail as possible with high quality photography equipment – I don’t add filters or edit the photo to add detail. All photos are natural light with no edits or filters. Attempts will be made to fire up but not guaranteed.
