Shipping: Shipping is an additional cost and is not included in the price of the animal unless otherwise stated in the ad. Shipping costs are typically between $50-$100.
All animals will be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight Tuesday-Thursday. Daily high temperatures require two consecutive days to include shipping location and delivery location. Temperatures must be between 40 and 90 degrees for FedEx Center Hub hold for pickup and Residential Delivery (Adult signature required and is an additional fee). Temperatures of 91-100 degrees require shipment to FedEx Center Hub hold for pickup only. Photo ID is required for pickup at FedEx Center Hub.
Animals are shipped with professional packaging including industry standard shipping boxes, 3/4” insulation foam, heat or cold packs when necessary and cloth bags or deli containers.
For a shipping quote please provide your zip code. Shipments can be received at your FedEx Ship Center (hub) for pickup or directly to your residence. Animal(s) shipped directly to your residence must be received on the first delivery attempt. Shipments that will not be delivered to your residence prior to 4:30pm due to distance from your FedEx Hub will be required to be held for pickup at your FedEx Center Hub to qualify for live arrival guarantee.
In the unlikely event dead on arrival or any issues should occur please contact us within one hour of the FedEx recorded delivery time. DOA proof will be required. Please provide proof including a clear unboxing video showing the shipping label (must be clear able to read), removal of the animal from the shipping box, shipping container (deli cup/cloth bag) and clear photos of the animal(s) taken at different angles. Failure to notify us within one hour after receiving your animal or lack of required proof will void live arrival guarantees.
Refunds and Returns: Refunds and returns are not generally accepted, however, customer satisfaction is highly important! Requests can be made and will be discussed on a case by case basis.
Though rare, delays and errors on behalf of couriers do happen. Once your animal is released to FedEx, delays, communication errors or failed delivery attempts are outside of my control. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Holds: If you would like to place an animal on hold a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be required. Hold deposit amounts are based on the purchase price of the animal: $100-499 require 20% $500+ require 30%. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price of the animal and are required to be paid prior to shipment. Your hold will be guaranteed for 30 days. Hold guarantees include working around inclement weather conditions, unsafe shipping temperatures or holidays and will not be affect the 30 day hold period. Animals on hold will be unavailable for others to purchase and must be paid in full within 30 days of placing a deposit! Failure to do so will void your hold and the animal will become available for purchase. Please make sure you are 100% committed to purchasing the animal before requesting a hold. Refunds will not be given on hold deposits regardless of backing out, changing your mind or any other circumstances.
Payment Plans: 30 and 60 day payment plans are available and require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Payment plans start the day your deposit is received. All payments and shipping costs must be fulfilled by the end date of your plan. If you fail to complete payment by the end date then the plan will be nullified, all payments will be forfeited and the animal will become available for sale. Payment plan deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, however, if for some reason you have changed your mind or need to cancel then your payments (minus the deposit) will be refunded if notice is given and confirmed prior to the end date of your payment plan. If you need to discuss an extension please follow the notification requirements.
30 day payment plans require a 20% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Notice to discuss extensions or cancellation must be made at least 10 days prior to the end date of your payment plan.
60 day payment plans require a 30% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Notice to discuss extensions or cancellation must be made at least 20 days prior to the end date of your payment plan. If you fail to notify me of cancellation or to make arrangements for an extension within the allotted timeframe, all payments will be forfeited and the animal will become available for sale. All plans and shipping costs must be paid in full prior to shipment of the animal.
Forms of accepted payment: PayPal Friends and Family, PayPal Goods/Invoicing ADDITIONAL 3.5% fee is required, Zelle, Venmo friends and family, Venmo Business ADDITIONAL 2% fee is required, Cash.
