While customer service is a top priority, it is second to the safety and health of our animals. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any of our animals.

💰 All payments are made through cashapp, venmo, or PayPal (goods and services only). If you see an animal you like but don't currently have the funds, a 25% non-refundable deposit can be made to hold the animal for 30 days. If animal is not paid off within 30 days of making the deposit the animal will become available again. While the 25% deposit is non-refundable you may use that as a credit later on towards another animal. Animals must be paid in full before they are shipped. We may accept a longer payment plan on animals $800+ so please feel free to chat with us if you have questions.

✈ We ship through Reptiles2you on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only. Animal must be sent to your local FedEx hub for pick up. No front door deliveries at this time.

💀 While we hope this never happens, in the event of a DOA (Dead on arrival) a video showing the purchased animal must be sent to us within 2 hours of customer picking up the animal in order to obtain a full refund. The animal must be picked up the day it delivers to your FedEx. If the animal is not picked up the day it arrives at your FedEx, any refund in the event of a DOA will be voided.

⚠️ We do NOT refund and accept returns on animals that become sick in your care! Animals are a commitment and proper research needs to be made before purchasing any animal. That includes any injuries caused by cohabitation which we do not recommend or support.
