By purchasing an animal from us, you are agreeing to our Terms of Services:

• We have the right to decline any sale when we feel that our animals will not be treated right.

• Must be 18 or older, or provide parental consent.

• We accept: Chime, Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle and PayPal(must pay the fees) for payment. NO CHECKS.


HOLD POLICY: ​
• We will hold animals for up to 15 days with a non-refundable deposit, 25% of listed price, applied toward purchase.

• Animals are not held until 25% of price is received.

• Payment is due in full at the end of 15 days.

• We will hold animals for up to 30 days with payment in full.

• We will hold animals, with payment in full when delivery conditions are not available.

• Deposits will be given back if for some reason we cannot supply the animal.

• If you have paid the 25% non-refundable deposit, and it has been 16 days since you paid it, we will not hold it anymore and the animal will be for sale again.

• If you paid in full and it has been 31 days, we will not hold it anymore and the animal will be for sale again, unless the weather changes.

• For hatchling's that are under 10g, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the baby until he/she reaches 10g. They are usually 3 - 5 weeks old when they reach 10g. The remaining balance is to be paid before the baby is shipped out at 10 grams or higher.

• If you had paid a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold a baby that was under 10 grams and once they hit 10 grams, the rest of the payment is due within the next 7 days. If they are not paid off within that 7 days after they hit 10 grams, then we will not be able to hold the baby any longer and will be back up for sale again.

• Sexing is not guaranteed on temperature sexed animals, or those below 25 grams. Temperature sexing below 25 grams is about 80% accurate.

• Live Arrival Guaranteed. If the animal arrives deceased or if the animal dies within 2 hours of arrival, I will need a picture of it to prove it is deceased within that time. If it is, a refund of the animal (not including shipping) will be given back.

• I ship through Ship Your Reptiles. I only ship on Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's for next day delivery. I only ship if temperatures are between 38° - 99°. I prefer hub to hub. If you do not chose this option someone must be home to receive the package on the first delivery attempt by Fed-Ex. If the package is left out in the elements, the live guarantee is void.
*Sometimes geckos can drop their tails during shipment, tail drop does not qualify for a refund.
