•Live arrival guaranteed or else refund will be issued. If you notice something wrong or unusual when you receive your package, contact us right away so we can guide you and figure out the next step. If we are not contacted within 1 hour WITH VALID PROOF (pictures), this guarantee no longer applies.

•Issues with an animal (incorrect sex, illness, etc.) must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery! We do not guarantee any type of credit after 48 hours.

•Refunds will only be issued in the amount of the animal, not the shipping fee.

•We WILL NOT ship an animal in unsafe weather conditions. Weather must be above 40 degrees and Under 90 degrees. If the weather is too hot or too cold, the animal shipment will be postponed until conditions are ideal.

•Recipient must be present to receive the package ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT otherwise the guarantee is no longer in effect.

•If you are having an animal being held at your HUB, your package must be picked up THE SAME DAY as delivery!

•We ship through Reptiles Express with FedEx. We ONLY offer priority overnight shipping for live animals.

•Payments are accepted through PayPal, Cashapp, or Zelle.

• All invoices MUST be paid within 48 hours

•Payment plans are available on orders above $550! We require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold the animal. Orders must be paid off within 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon.

•Your order will be shipped out once your purchase is PAID IN FULL.

•If payment is PENDING, we will wait until your transaction clears before sending out your animal.

•Free shipping on orders over $1,000 regardless of the amount of animals you purchase.
