You must be 18 years or older to place an order. We have to charge Tennessee sales tax for animals delivered within Tennessee.
For online sales, we accept Paypal and credit cards through Paypal and Square. You do not need your own Paypal account to pay by credit or debit card. You must be named on the card or an authorized user of the credit card.
Payment plans are available for animals over $499 with 25% nonrefundable deposit and full payment within 30 days. Animals must be paid in full before shipping.
We strive for 100% satisfaction with every animal you purchase from us.
We offer a 10% 'heroes' discount to active duty, guard, reserve, and retired servicemembers, first responders, police, firefighters, EMT, doctors, and nurses. Contact us for the discount code before placing your order.
We ship through FedEx to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship overseas.
We typically ship Tuesday and Wednesday with next day delivery.
Free shipping for orders over $1,000.
Weather conditions and other factors may affect shipping, but we will do everything we can to work with you on shipping dates. It is usually better to ship to a regional FedEx shipping hub near you. All shipping decisions must be made with the animals’ safety and health in mind.
We are sometimes able to meet in person for those in the Eastern Tennessee area. We travel around the region periodically for work or other reasons. Please contact us if you’d like to see about an in person delivery or meeting.
Live Arrival Guaranteed. You must be home to receive the box on the first delivery attempt and notify us of safe arrival via email, text, or Facebook message within one hour or the live arrival and health guarantee is void. In the event of a DOA, you must send us photos of the deceased animal and ship it to us at our expense in some circumstances.
Our animals will be healthy and feeding and we guarantee them for seven days after arrival if you offer proper husbandry. We will not be responsible for improper husbandry and our guarantee will be void for cohabitating animals. Please contact us immediately if you have any health concerns.
Some geckos will lose their tails from the stress of shipment, but they will grow back and are not cause for reimbursement.
CARE – Please research care and housing for your new animal prior to purchase. You should have your new pet’s enclosure set up with proper temperatures and everything ready to live in. Contact me if you have questions about care. I recommend and use Herpstat thermostats almost exclusively. Other well-regarded brands are Helix and Vivarium Electronics. Please do not risk your pet or family members’ lives to cheap thermostats you find online that are made for germinating seeds or brewing beer.
We feed our geckos crickets, dubia roaches, and mealworms. We try to list the current diet of our animals but please understand they do not always continue to eat everything so it’s important to try different prey if it’s not eating for you. Sometimes they’re picky. Moreover, most feeding problems are environmental and we will always be here to help troubleshoot your pet’s enclosure, heating, etc. to help.
We guarantee the sex of any animal if it is listed as such. TSM and TSF animals are temperature sexed and we cannot guarantee their gender.
We guarantee 100% hets will be heterozygous for that trait.
