PAYMENT

I accept PayPal, Credit/Debit cards, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and Postal Money Order. I will not be able to ship until your payment has fully cleared/posted in the event an e-check or Postal Money Order is used. This can vary from 4-7 business days. I will only ship to verified addresses on your PayPal account and to the person that paid.

I accept payment plans on purchases with 25% non-refundable deposit. I will offer 30 days on purchases $500 and under and can offer 60 days on purchases over $500. I am happy to do 90 days plans on purchases over $1000. Please email with any questions or proposals.

In the event that you are unable to complete your payment plan, any monies paid will be offered as a credit towards another purchase. I am willing to transfer payment plans from one animal to another in the event that you change your mind. I am unable to offer refunds on payment plans. Please consider this before entering into a payment plan agreement.

All sales are final. Refunds will be issued as store credit unless a comparable valued animal can be agreed upon between both parties and substituted. Refunds outside of store credit are entirely up to the seller's discretion. Shipping will be deducted from refunds unless it was shippers fault (ie. wrong snake, dead on arrival, wrong sex).

DISCOUNTS

I can offer discounts on multiple animal purchases.

I also offer 10% discount off the price of the animal(s) for paying with a Postal Money Order. Postal Money Orders can be purchased at any local Post Office and are very low cost. Please contact me for help if you want to use this payment method.

SHIPPING

Shipping is done via FedEx Priority Overnight service in the continental United States. Please email me for a shipping quote.

I am willing to ship to Puerto Rico for orders over $1000. Vet fee/health certificate and shipping must all be pre-paid for by the buyer. Please email me for a quote on these services/purchases.

I am willing to export to Canada . Please be aware that CITES paperwork for import can run $750 or more. It is typically a much more economical way to put together a large order or order snakes with a friend. Please email for a quotes on these services/purchases.

For the live arrival guarantee the buyer must be available to accept the animal on the first delivery attempt. In the event the animal is shipped to a FedEx hub it must be picked up on the first day available by end of the FedEx hub location hours to qualify for live arrival guarantee. I will only ship when I am comfortable with the weather conditions in the hub and final delivery location. I will use heat packs/cold packs/Phase 22 pouches at my own discretion based on the weather. Your animal's safety is my number one priority.
