Shipping: We will only ship in temps of 35 to 90 degrees.
We prefer to ship to FedEx ship center rather than to your doorstep whenever possible, it's less stressful on the animal.
Live arrival guaranteed only if signed for within 6 hours of arrival at ship center, or first delivery attempt at home, if you miss the delivery you will need to pick up from the hub at end of day and the live arrival guarantee will be void, this is why we prefer the hub pickup, it's safer!
Payment: We accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash App and wire transfer (on expensive animals), we can process credit card payments as well.
Payment plans can be made with 25% non refundable deposit for 30 days on animals $300 to $1000, 60 days on animals $1000 or more. We can hold any animal through winter during extreme weather, animal will be fed weekly.
We guarantee the sex for the life of the animal, check sex within 48 hours for a return, after that window we will do partial refund. (Sex mistake is highly unlikely).
We guarantee recessive genetics, as multi gene animals can be tricky, we will do our best to accurately represent all animals listed.
We guarantee health for 7 days, any concerns must be brought to our attention within this time, husbandry is up to you as the new pet owner so make sure you have what you need to care for your new pet before receiving, failure to properly house your animal with correct husbandry will result in a failure for your animal to thrive. There are tons of videos on YouTube on how to properly care for a hatchling ball python.
Testing: We guarantee our animals for diseases like Nido and IBD you will have 48 hours from receiving an animal to send in a test sample. In order to act on this guarantee you will need to have your test kit before receiving your animal, your results are guaranteed so long as the kit was sent in within 48 hours due to the possibility of exposure to these diseases from other animals in your environment. This is why we can only guarantee these results for 48 hours vs the 7 day health guarantee.
