Payment. We prefer Zelle and Chase Bank Deposits, but also accept PayPal, Venmo, Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks. We can offer short term payment plans on some purchases. Payment plans can be started with a 20% non-refundable deposit (which must be sent as “friends and family” if using PayPal or Venmo) on animals over $500. We will consider payment plans up to 30 days; longer plans may be discussed during the winter, if the purchase amount is over $2000. We are willing to consider reasonable offers on the animals that we have listed for sale, but we are less likely to accept those offers if you’re also requesting a payment plan. We are more apt to offering discounts on purchases of multiple animals.

Shipping. Please be understanding in that we will require most packages to be held for pick up at your nearest FedEx Center. We do this out of the upmost safely for the animal, especially during fall and winter months. We use quality styrofoam lined boxes and heat or cold packs are used as the weather dictates. The animal is your responsibility once received by you, so please be prepared before it comes time to ship.
We only ship animals out on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday via priority overnight shipping.
Shipping costs will vary due to the weight and size of the box used, but the average for small to medium boxes is generally $55-$100. Please note that shipping cost for adult animals will be higher than the average cost.
We are not able to ship internationally ourselves.

We will need to check that the weather is safe to ship in 3 locations (Denver, the overnight hub stop and the destination), so it might take some time for those all to line up appropriately allowing us to safely ship your snake/s to you. The well-being of the animal is our upmost concern.

Health. All animals are guaranteed to be live, healthy and sexed properly at the time of delivery. Packages need to be received in person and receipt acknowledged within 2 hours via email. In the very unlikely event that the animal does not arrive live, please do not freeze or dispose of the animal or the packaging and contact us immediately.

Genetics. Genetics are guaranteed (unless stated as possible or probable).
