TERMS OF SALES, SHIPPING AND SERVICE



NEW MORPHMARKET USERS (account active for less than one running year) must provide a picture with a current, valid government issued photo ID held next to your face. This is to verify you are at least 18 years old, and you are who your account says you are.



PAYMENT



We accept Cash App, Venmo, personal checks, cashier checks, money orders, wire transfers, and Visa and Mastercard through Square. All checks must clear the bank before shipping takes place.



DEPOSITS



We will accept a 25% deposit to place an animal on hold. That deposit is non-refundable.



PAYMENT PLANS



We will do payment plans on orders totaling $800 or more. To start the payment plan process, we require a minimum of 25% of the total price due as a down payment. After receiving the 25% down payment, we mark the animal(s) on hold, and you will continue to make payments until it’s paid in full. 30-90 day Payment Plan depending on the price of the animal. You pay as agreed until the animal is paid in full at which time we arrange shipping and shipping cost. We will never under any circumstances ship an animal out before it is paid in full. The payment plan duration is adjustable as every situation is unique. Please note, when doing a payment plan there will be NO REFUNDS ON ANY MONEY COLLECTED THROUGHOUT THE PAYMENT PLAN process (even above the initial 25% deposit) if you are unable to complete your payment plan. We will gladly extend you store credit toward another animal we have for sale or future offspring.



LIVE ARRIVAL



We guarantee all specimens to arrive alive and healthy. All guarantees are provided that orders are shipped to an airport or FedEx hub to be picked up promptly on arrival (within 4 hours of being available at the FedEx hub). LIVE ARRIVAL IS NULL AND VOID IF BUYER PROVIDES AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, FEDEX LOSES, DAMAGES, OR SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYS YOUR PACKAGE MORE THAN 24 HOURS. We do not ship animals door-to-door. We strive to ensure your shipment arrives healthy and safely. We will only ship on Monday thru Thursday. Our method of shipment is to drop ship to a FedEx hub near you. This ensures your ball python will not be riding around in a FedEx truck all day in 20F or 95F weather. Shipping as weather permits according to guidelines. 



ANIMAL ATTRIBUTES/GENETICS



All specimens will be properly sexed. Buyer must verify animal(s) to be properly sexed within 48 hours of delivery. We will only address an issue with an incorrectly sexed animal if it’s brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours all sales are final as it’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the sex of the animal(s) they have purchased. We will not accept “pet store’s, or friends” opinion on sexing your new arrival. You must provide a sworn notarized veterinary statement who specialized in reptiles as proof of an incorrectly sexed animal.

Genetics are identified to the best of our ability with no attempt to mislead anyone. "Theoretical ID's" are becoming more common due to the number of genes in some combinations with several possible genes. We use clutch mates and previous clutches to help ID animals, and also refer with other breeders if a gene is in question. In rare cases an animal may not always prove out as identified. The arrival weight of your animal will be within 20% of the advertised weight on MorphMarket. Seller is NOT responsible for animal temperament.



CARE



Buyer is responsible for the proper care after snake arrival. Under no circumstances can we guarantee your new arrival will start eating on a regular schedule as soon as it arrives to your location.
